Weapons have set no reload. It should works for every weapon for both sides. All emotes for both sides. Abilities from lvl 1 to 4 have the same power as lvl 5. But refreshing time is not changed for each lvl. If you want you can change more power of sniper shot ability or damage done by burning bullets or blasting strike power and many more. Soldiers speed swim, run and health don't work so I don't place it here no longer.

If you want you can test it for yourself from V1. I had full helth and sniper shoot me down with one shoot, tank shoot me with one shoot about 80 health! I don't know. Just set magSize to -1 and u have unlimited ammo. Maybe some of the ability is overpowered and game crashes.
