I have other devices connected to my wifi that operate fine thos devices are: 2 Apple tvs , 1 iPhone , 1 iPad , and a wii. Oct 27, AM. My pc is connected to the wifi network however the gateway to the Internet will not allow me to get on the web. From airport utility I can see my of as having a connection and from the pc it tells me I am on my network however I get a "no Internet access" message trying to browse the web.

Thank you - these issues are like a puzzle - if you don't check all the pieces they don't work together - have you checked to see if you can access the internet directly from your modem or connected to the Express - this would answer some questions - the other alterantive is to try a complete power re-cycle - to do this, power off all devices in any order - if your modem has a battery make sure to remove and replace it before re-powering - then plug in the modem and wait for it to re-boot completely - then the same with the Extreme and then power up the PC and see if you can connect - I know this is tedious but short of that, I have no other suggestions except to call Apple support because you have 90 days under warranty to do so - keep me posted on your progress.

Sorry - but I just re-read you post and saw that you set up the Express with your iPad - so it made me think that if you download the Windows 7 version of the Airport Utility to your laptop, you could do a factory reset on the Express and set it up from the PC - I can't gurantee it will work either but it is what I would try in your situation - if that doesn't work then there is an issue between the Express and the PC.

In reply to Srimadhwa B's post on July 6, I went through all of the steps, aside from messing with the firewall and anti-virus software, and nothing has seemed to help so far. I generated the wlan report, and it did show some errors, but I don't know how to interpret it or what to do based on it.

Also, the laptop is able to connect to the neighbor's wifi network, just not to the Airport.
